The membership process usually takes about a month.

Regular annual dues based on member’s income:

$ 135 - Over $90K
$ 120 - From $70K-$90K
$ 100 - From $50K-$70K
$ 80 - Under $50K
$ 50 - Unemployed

$ 35 - Introductory Membership

$1000 - Life Membership

FREE if you are one of the two institutional representatives selected by an institution that has an Institutional Membership.

Institutional Membership

For $500.00 annually, the institutional library receives Soundings and the opportunity to appoint two institutional representatives who will receive a free membership and the greatly reduced registration fee of $75.00 to attend the Annual Summer Conference aka the Fellows Meeting.
